All Fees are non-refundable.

Application Fee (new students only): Application Fee in the amount of $50 per student is payable at time of application.

Assessment Fee (new students only): Assessment Fee for admission in the amount of $25 per student is collected at the time of the actual assessment. 

Enrollment Fee: Enrollment Fee in the amount of $195 per student is due upon enrollment.  For current families, the Enrollment Fee will increase to $225 March 20 and to $275 June 1.  

Book Usage and Supply Fee: Book Usage and Supply Fee in the amount of $250 per student for grades K-5 and $400 for grades 6-12 is due on August 1, or invoiced through FACTS two weeks after enrollment.

A $125 computer lease fee will be invoiced through FACTS for those in grades 9-12 who do not provide their own device. 

Tuition Schedule: Grades K-12: $7800.00

Tuition terms and conditions, as well as payment options and schedules are found on the Financial Commitment Form.  All tuition is refundable prior to the first day of school. On August 09, 2023, families are subject to withdrawal fees as indicated on FACTS Financial Commitment Form.  

Payment Options:

1) First Payment of $800/student By August 1, 2023 and then 10-Months at $700/month/student (September 1, 2023 – June 1, 2024 OR,

2) Contact the Academy office to set up a 12 month plan at $650/month/student (June 1, 2023 – May 1, 2024)

Additional Cost: Students are required to wear uniforms purchased by the designated providers as listed on Riverbend Academy website.
