Our Growing a Legacy Gala is coming up on Sat., April 12 at 5:45 pm at Oceanside Country Club. The annual Growing a Legacy Dinner & Gala is the largest fundraiser for the Academy and is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun night out with friends, good food and many opportunities to support the Academy through the live and silent auctions.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
As we move forward with this year’s Gala, we invite you to partner with us in any of the following areas:
- SILENT AUCTION: Take a few minutes and think about who you know, where you shop, who you hire, restaurants you frequent, nails, hair, massages, spa, classes your children attend, vacation homes or time share, experiences like deep sea fishing, wine tasting, cooking class, golf outing, boutiques, auto detailing, pet grooming, group outings, etc. Experiences are always a hit! Silent Auction items are due by mid-March, but the sooner the better to avoid adding everything to the website the last month! Please coordinate the solicitation of silent auction items with Jaime Stoll to avoid duplicating efforts. Email: ufstoll@gmail.com
- CLASS BASKETS: Class baskets and art projects are such a big part of the auction! We will collect one basket per class for K – 5th. Upper School baskets will be coordinated through student Houses. Erin Snider will coordinate the list for Grammar class baskets. Baskets are due by mid-March, however, earlier is great! To sign up for a Class Basket, please email Erin mrspreacherman@live.com
- CLASS ART PROJECTS: We would like one art project for Grammar K – 5th Depending on the project, some classes may combine – one project for First Grade, instead of one for Matherly and Fitzgerald. - SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsorships are an important element of the Gala. There are a variety of levels, and we seek to promote our sponsors prior to, during and after the Gala. The mobile bidding process gives us additional avenues for promotion. The Sponsorship Form is attached which details the benefits of each level. - TICKETS: Of course, we would love you to plan to attend the Gala! Individual tickets will be $90 per person or $170 couple. The Gala is a great night out with friends while supporting Riverbend Academy!
As you can see, there are MULTIPLE ways you can support our event. In addition to the above, help is always needed with collection of items, organization, set up, help at the event and so much more!
