Dear Academy and Promise Land families,

Due to the consistency of Hurricane Matthew's forecast and realizing the need for families to prepare and plan, we find it necessary to follow protocol of Volusia County schools and cancel school for both Thursday, October 6 and Friday, October 7. This includes any extracurricular activities and athletics. The plans to make up these school days will be announced at a later time. School is scheduled to resume Monday morning, October 10. Please be safe as you prepare for Hurricane Matthew's arrival. The safety and wellbeing of our school families will be our prayers.
